Career progression and reclassification for teachers took center stage during the 3rd Division Management Committee (MANCOM) meeting of the Department of Education (DepEd) Schools Division Office (SDO) Lipa City, held at JCastle, Brgy. Gonzales, Tanauan City, Batangas on September 12, 2025.
The meeting focused on the situation of teachers who have remained in stressing the importance of addressing their promotion and professional advancement.
Also highlighted were the unwavering commitment and dedication of teachers, alongside the empowerment of school heads, as vital factors in ensuring efficiency and the delivery of quality education.
To further strengthen the discussion, DepEd Order No. 24, s. 2025 was emphasized, which outlines the guidelines on the implementation of the Expanded Career Progression System for Teachers and School Heads.
